Creative Art & Wellness For Kids
Growing up comes with it’s own set of challenges, and children often face circumstances that might make them feel guilty, fearful or insecure. As they tend to have a hard time communicating how they feel and what they think, keeping those negative feelings bottled up, overtime, can lead to developing negative and limiting beliefs about themselves.
Paint it Out workshops for children help them develop self confidence and self esteem, as well as healthy emotional intelligence, by learning to express themselves through colors and shapes, through an activity just about every kid loves to do.
Coping With the Unexpected
Sometimes we are faced with painful life changes. Situations such as the disease or loss of a loved one, a breakup, or a traumatic experience, can be very difficult to deal with. Our therapeutic art workshops allow you to express your feelings in a warm and safe environment, without fear of being misunderstood or judged.
We provide that healthy alternative to “let it all out”, for both children and adults going through difficult times. We show you how to let the pain out through paint and color, using creativity as a channel to express yourself and bring out those painful negative emotions.
